Important Outbound Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT



Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 1740 South 40th Avenue Phoenix, AZ  85009

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
Tuesday, August 16, 2016 - Wednesday, September 14, 2016
Warehouse will be closed Monday, September 5, 2016 in observance of the Labor Day holiday.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:
JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa
5350 E. Marriott Drive
Phoenix, AZ  85054
United States of America

On the scheduled dismantle date(s):
Tuesday, September 20, 20163:30 PM To 8:00 PM 

Carriers must be checked in by:
Tuesday, September 20, 20165:30 PM 

Facility must be cleared by:
Tuesday, September 20, 20168:00 PM

A 30% ($50.00 minimum) surcharge will apply for INBOUND shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility.
