Important Outbound Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING OUTBOUND FREIGHT

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the JW Marriott Resort - Scottsdale / Camelback Inn absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 1740 South 40th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85009 starting October 6, 2015 until November 4, 2015.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit site address

Scottsdale, AZ 85253
on the scheduled dismantle date Tuesday, November 10, 2015.
Dismantle begins at 3:30 PM.
Carriers must be checked in by 4:30 PM.
Facility must be cleared by 5:30 PM.

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a 30% ($50.00 minimum) late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.
