Please use the Booth Layout Form below, or provide your own detailed drawing, for placement of any of the following items:

• Main electrical drop locations (MDL) and Outlets
• Hanging Signs
• Truss Lighting
• Display Cases
• Pegboard / Tackboard
• Special Colored Drape
• Standard Exhibit Systems (if exhibit size is smaller than booth size)
• Pad and Carpet (if you are not carpeting your entire booth)
• Installation & Dismantling

Booth layouts are especially important when you hire GES to provide installation labor.

Booth layouts MUST submitted to GES no later than 8/10/2020.

Booth layouts are required anytime you order electrical through GES. When ordering electrical before the Discount Deadline, you must submit your booth layout no later than 8/10/2020 in order to qualify for discounted rates.
