Important Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.

Inbound Freight

Inbound freight Must be delivered to the Advanced Warehouse. No Direct Shipments will be accepted.

Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

Direct to show site shipments will not be accepted at Peppermill Hotel:

All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will not be accepted at the facility. The facility does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the facility will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES.

Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

Carriers must be checked in by:
Wednesday, April 15, 202610:00 AM 

Facility must be cleared by:
Wednesday, April 15, 202612:00 PM
