Direct to show site shipments will not be accepted at Wynn Las Vegas

Direct to exhibit site shipments will not be accepted at the facility. Exhibits sent directly to show site that has (GES, Booth Number or company name) listed on the label, prior to the setup date/time; either at Wynn or Encore Hotel will be refused.

The facility does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials.

Any materials shipped directly to the Wynn or Encore hotels, by common carrier (UPS, FedEx, LTL, etc.) with labels marked consigned to GES, a Booth Number or with a Company name will be directed to the GES Service Desk. The facility will not be responsible for any losses, claims, liabilities, costs or expenses incurred as a result of package(s) or freight shipments being refused or re-directed to the GES Service Desk.

Exhibitors will be billed charges by Wynn Las Vegas for any items sent directly to the venue that have a guest name listed on the label and are delivered directly to the convention floor, meeting room or a guest room.

Shipments that are delivered directly to the facility, that are intended for the GES service desk, will receive a late arrival surcharge applied to each shipment not received within the shipping deadlines. The Exhibiting Company will be billed an appropriate handling charges by GES.

In addition, carriers must be directed to pick up outbound shipments at the GES warehouse. Shipments that are loaded at the facility will be charged a 30% surcharge.
