Important Dates and Deadlines

CLEAN FLOOR POLICY INFORMATION AUTOMATE 2027
Due to the volume of crates, limited space for set up and to allow aisle cleaning, a Clean Floor Policy will be enforced. Exhibitors must have all of their empty crates tagged with the appropriate empty labels by Saturday, May 15th, 2027 at 12:00 PM.

Please take notice - This event includes some move in on overtime; all applicable surcharges will apply.

All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
