Booth Package Ordering

WELCOME!

We are excited to have you as a participant at Food Fanatics 2025. Please use this document for general information regarding logistics around the Exhibit Hall and your booth or footprint.

To create a one-of-a-kind, dynamic exhibit space that elevates the attendee experience, we've established key guidelines for all of our participants to maintain a cohesive look, while ensuring the food remains the star of the event.

GENERAL SHOW REGULATIONS

Sampling:
  • Sampling sizes (food and beverage) information listed below: Anything over 2 ounces will require approval and additional charges assessed by Mandalay Bay
  • Samples are limited to manufactured, processed or distributed products only.
    • Food samples are limited to two (2.0) ounces.
    • Non-Alcoholic beverage samples are limited to two (2.0) ounces.
  • If you plan to sample any food in your booth, you must submit the sampling form to Mandalay Bay directly. This form can be found on the "Additional Show Services" tab on the left side of the kit
  • There is no regulation on the amount of food that can be sampled in your booth
  • Any sponsor planning to sample anything in their booth must complete the Mandalay Bay Sampling Form. Please submit completed forms to lstimac@ges.com.
Food Storage & Prep:
  • Prepped food can be carried by participants directly from kitchens/prep areas to booths
    • Speed racks and Queen Mary’s will be provided for overall show use
  • GES will pull and put food back into fridges for any refrigerated items that need storage.
    • Items will be brought to prep areas – please note a storage/delivery fee is applicable in these circumstances
  • Racks, carts and other equipment must go back to storage area, they cannot be stored in aisles or next to your booth
  • Food storage/coolers are allowed to be stored under a table or linen cover
Signage & Branding:
  • ONLY 20x20 spaces are allowed to have hanging drum signs (signs will be rigged no higher than 12' from ground to bottom of the sign)
  • No roll-up or retractable banners allowed
  • No meterboard signage allowed
  • Table-top signage allowed and must be provided by exhibitor
  • No shelving/metro racks allowed
  • No table runners or changing table drape
Miscellaneous:
  • Exhibitors cannot go beyond their footprint
  • No sound systems including announcements or music will be allowed

GARBAGE & CLEANING SERVICES
  • During load in, please break down empty boxes and leave garbage in a tidy pile to be collected by the cleaning team.
  • During the show, US Foods will supply garbage receptacles throughout the expo hall for exhibitor and attendee use.
  • General show cleaning will include aisleways and spot cleaning throughout the expo hall
  • If you require your own garbage receptacles or in-booth cleaning during the show, you will be required to order those services directly through the Exhibitor kit.
LUGGAGE / SUITCASES/ TROLLEYS
  • There is no bag check or storage available for luggage onsite. Please leave your luggage at your hotel and do not bring it to the event.
  • No Suitcases, carts, trolleys, nor any vessel with wheels will be permitted inside the Mandalay Bay Conference spaces, including during load-in & load-out. Exceptions will not be made due to security protocols.
  • If you plan to bring swag or promotional materials, please utilize advanced shipping or see our hand carry policy below.
HAND CARRY POLICY
  • Exhibitors may hand carry individual small boxes into Shoreline Expo Hall. This would be considered items that one person can carry by themselves, such as a single box or item. Carts and large boxes/rolling cases are not permitted. These items would need to arrive via the loading dock.
EMPTY BOXES
  • Empty boxes cannot be left in your booth during show hours.
  • For any boxes you’d like to keep for the end of the event, show management will store and return these boxes.
  • Please visit the Exhibitor Services Desk, to retrieve Empty Stickers to label your boxes for "Empty Storage." These boxes will not be accessible throughout the show.
  • Empty storage will be returned after the show floor is cleared on the final day of the show.
MARKETING GUIDELINES
  • Exhibitors must abide by the following guidelines as it relates to activities occurring in their booth:
  • Exhibitors may not distribute marketing materials in areas beyond their booth footprint.
  • US Foods reserves the right to remove any additional marketing materials or signage.
  • All swag items must be hand carried into the venue. Any larger items will need to be shipped via the Advance Warehouse. Anything oversized that is shipped to the Advanced Warehouse could incur additional labor costs to move it from the loading dock to your booth.
  • Marketing stunts cannot take place without prior approval from USF Foods. This includes:
  • No "Celebrity" appearances with planned lines/cues
  • No Mascots
