Important Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Caesars Forum Conference Center, absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 7000 Lindell Road Las Vegas, NV  89118.

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
Tuesday, November 4, 2025 - Wednesday, December 3, 2025

The warehouse will be closed in observance of Thanksgiving:
Thursday, November 27, 2025 
Friday, November 28, 2025 

Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 7000 Lindell Road Las Vegas, NV  89118 starting:

Friday, December 12, 20258:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Tuesday, December 16, 20254:30 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

If freight is delivered to the Advance Warehouse within the posted date range or on-target, it is billed at the Standard Rate. If freight is delivered to the Advance Warehouse outside the posted date range or off-target, it is billed at the Non-Standard Rate.
