    Due to facility constraints, special handling charges will be applied for direct shipments that require ground loading. Reference the Special Handling brochure or contact GES for further explanation.
    All hanging signs or banners require written permission from Show Management, restricted to island booths 400 sq. ft. or larger.

    Please Note: GES handles all rigging under 200 lbs. All other rigging is handled through the Sands Expo and Convention Center and can be found under Additional Show Services.

*All inbound carriers must check into the advance warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
