IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT



Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Tropicana Resort and Casino absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 7000 Lindell Road Las Vegas, NV  89118

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:12/16/2019
Monday, December 16, 2019 - Wednesday, January 8, 2020

Warehouse will be closed Tuesday, December 24 & 25, 2019 in observance of the Christmas holiday and Wednesday, January 1, 2020 in observance of the New Year's Day holiday.


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 7000 Lindell Road Las Vegas, NV  89118 starting

Tuesday, January 21, 20208:00 AM To 12:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Friday, January 24, 20204:30 PM To 12:00 AM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a 30% ($50 minimum) late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.
