What's Included in the Standard Booth


  • Standard Booth Package:
    Booth Size: 10' x 10'
    Backwall Drape: 8' High Black
    Sidewall Drape: 3' High Black
    Facility Carpeted: No
    Aisle Carpet Color: Dark Blue
    		 Kiosk:
    Each kiosk will consist of:
    One side of a 4-sided pre-built structure
    2- Stools
    Due to fire marshal regulations, additional furniture, displays, promotional materials, signage, etc. may NOT be placed on the floor surrounding each kiosk.
    Meeting Cube:
    Booth Size: 12' x 12'
    1- Table
    6- Chairs
    		 Meeting Pod:
    Booth Size: 10' x 10'
    1- Table
    4- Chairs

    The exhibit area is NOT carpeted. The aisles will be carpeted in dark blue. To enhance the appearance of your booth, rental carpet is available through GES. Please refer to the Carpet and Flooring section in this service manual.

    Please note that Startup City, meeting cubes, meeting pods, and kiosk areas will be carpeted in dark blue.

    Booths 300 sq ft or less will receive a 7” x 44” one-line identification sign
    Booths larger than 300 sq ft may receive a 7" x 44" one-line identification sign upon request.

    Exhibitor booths must be completed by Sunday at 6:00 p.m.
    All freight to be removed from the show floor by Sunday at 6:00 p.m. for aisle carpet installation.
    Startup City, meeting cubes, meeting pods and kiosks will not be accessible until Monday, October 28th at 6:00 a.m.

    ALL hanging signs must be shipped in advance to GES warehouse by October 4. No exceptions!

    During move-in and move-out, closed toe shoes must be worn inside the exhibit hall. Anyone who is not wearing closed toe shoes will not be granted access to the exhibit hall during move-in and move-out.
    Exhibitors will be able to access the exhibit hall on show days at 8:30 a.m. for set up. Breakfast will be available for exhibitors at 8:30 a.m. on Monday and Tuesday, and brunch will be available at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday

Important Dates and Deadlines

Due to limited move-in time we strongly encourage you to ship your materials in advance to the GES warehouse. This show moves in and out on overtime. By the time aisle carpet is rolled up and empties are returned, there is nothing that will move out on straight time.

*All inbound carriers must check into the advance warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
