  • Not all raw spaces and booth packages include an electrical outlet for exhibitor use. Please review your show contract or package type on Expresso to determine if your raw space or booth package includes an outlet. If additional assistance is needed for confirmation, please reach out to GES.
  • Exhibitors are not permitted to use power unless ordered. Exhibitors found using outlets without an order will be subject to regular rate for outlets used. Sharing power or plugging into facility outlets is strictly prohibited.
  • Steamers require a 20 amp 120 volt outlet. Due to specific power requirements for steamers, you may not plug your steamer(s) into just any outlet on the show floor. If you choose to ignore the steamer outlet policy you will trip the circuit breaker for your area. You will be held responsible for any labor and materials required to reset the breaker. This policy will be strictly enforced. If you plan to steam your garments in your booth you must order a 20 amp 120 volt steamer outlet.
  • Free steaming stations will be available throughout the exhibit hall provided by MAGIC on a first come, first serve basis. Locations will be identified with signage and maps will be available on-site.

Cancellation Policy: Items cancelled will be charged 50% or original price after electrical move-in begins and 100% of original after installation.
