Material Handling Information

All material handling charges are paid for and are included in your booth package.

  • is prepared to receive your shipment either in advance at our local warehouse or directly to the exhibit site.
  • Freight handling services except for noted surcharges are included in your booth package.
  • You may ship via the carrier of your choice or contact GES Logistics.

Advance Shipments to GES Warehouse

Includes:

 

 

 
  • Unloading crated freight. The warehouse cannot receive uncrated shipments
  • Storing at the warehouse for up to 30 days.
  • Unloading freight and delivery to your booth.
  • Reloading onto trucks and delivery to the exhibit site.
  • Picking up, storing, and returning empty shipping containers.
  • Reloading freight for return to your specified destination.
February 10, 2017:
by 4:30 PM		 Last day for shipments to arrive at the advance warehouse without a surcharge. A late arrival surcharge of $14.50 per CWT will be added to shipments received after this date.

Please Note: All Shipments received after the published cut off date of Feburary 10, 2017 will incur a surcharge of $14.50 per cwt
