• Individuals moving in items must be employees of the exhibiting company and carry identification to verify their exhibit location.


• Exhibitors moving items must use doors and routes designated by Show Management.


• Hand-carried items can be brought in through the front of the building, at specified times while obeying traffic regulations.


• Exhibitors may use two-wheeled luggage carts (plastic or rubber wheels only) to move their items. Full size hand trucks and platform trucks are not permitted.


• Show Management reserves the right to search any box, bag, container, etc. to ensure full compliance with the show rules and regulations.

    

        

Anything that does not comply with the above regulations will need to either use GES Cartload Services or go through the marshaling yard.
