To avoid the special handling surcharge for the PROJECT / THE TENTS / THE COLLECTIVE / POOL show, you are required to adhere to the following:

  • Individual shipments must be consolidated (load all together on the trailer).
  • Multiple shipments must be loaded logistically and delivered according to assigned scheduled dates.

When loading freight for different doors on the same trailer, please separate the freight logistically for each door (remember — freight for different doors that are on the same trailer can only be combined in the above manner). If the doors are combined properly, but are mixed on the trailer, special handling charges will apply.
