FREIGHT TARGETED SHOW

Due to the short move-in, MAGIC - LVCC and GES have designed a TARGETED PLAN indicating your freight delivery date. Delivery begins at the target time specified, therefore, several hours should be allowed for delivery of freight. Direct-Showsite freight target dates differ from Exhibitor Setup dates!

Please refer to the targeted floor plan for Exhibitor setup dates and times.

Your display must arrive at the exhibit hall on your designated Direct-Showsite freight target date. Target dates are for display material only, and does not include product. Bills of Lading must have proper descriptions. Strict adherence to this schedule will expedite the delivery of your display. There will be an additional surcharge of 25% of your drayage charge for those exhibitors not meeting their target date. THIS POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to notify their display house and carrier of this target date.

Booths that are located near freight doors need to pay close attention to their assigned target dates and times as indicated on the enclosed floor plan. These areas must remain clear in order to expedite the delivery of freight and removal of "empties." These booths must be dismantled immediately at the close of the show in order that "empties" may be returned without delay. The exact booths affected are flagged on your floor plan. Exhibitors are liable for any and all overtime charges incurred as a result of late setup and early dismantling.

Note: All exhibitor crates must be emptied and labeled for removal by GES by 10:00 PM Sunday, February 16, 2014.
