Leave for Las Vegas after normal business hours on Friday, February 26, 2016 and let GES deliver your goods to your booth when you arrive. You may then proceed to hotel room, sleep late and then come back to set-up without all the long waits on Saturday.

HOW? Proceed straight to the unloading dock and avoid the marshaling trailer and daytime rush by arriving between the hours of 8:00 PM Friday, February 26, 2016 and 7:00 AM on Saturday, February 27, 2016. This service is provided by appointment only.

This is for delivery only. Booth set-up will continue on Saturday, February 27, 2016.

This form will be reviewed after the deadline date and you will be contacted with the appropriate approval if request is granted.

Off-target surcharges will apply to all direct shipments received prior to or after your assigned target shipment schedule.
