Can I pay by Invoice?

No, currently on Expresso you can only pay for your order by credit card. However if you wish to be invoiced and your event does not open within the next 15 days, you can call our ServiCentre on 02476 380 180 and place your order by telephone and receive an invoice via email or email onlineorders2@ges.com

What are the system requirements to view this site?

We are always working on ways to use the most popular browsers to make our site crisp and clear. Right now our site supports Internet Explorer 11, Edge, Firefox 3.0+, Chrome 8+, Opera 11.0+, and Safari 5.0+. To make orders fast and successful, you will also need to make sure you are running on a modem of 56 Kbps and make sure to enable JavaScript and pop-ups in your browser settings. How do I create an account?

At the top of this page you will see a “LOG IN” link. This is where you create your own master account. By creating a master account you will be able to place orders and register for specific events. Once you have registered your booth on an event, it will appear under “My Shows.”

Do I need an Activation code? Do I need one to sign-up?

No. Not if you’re simply looking for information about your show. However, when it’s time to order you will need to create a log-on account and register for a show with a Stand. When registering, you will be asked to enter in a company name and a stand number so that we can link to your company on record. Once linked, you will be able to edit and update your show specific profile during the checkout process.

How will I receive my order confirmation?

Your Order Confirmation will be emailed to the address you provieded during checkout once your order is completed online. If you are logged in you can also click on "MY SHOWS" at the top of the page. This will take you back to the Dashboard where you can click on the "Order History" tab to view all orders you have previously submitted on Expresso for all events. We suggest you print out a hard copy for your records.

Can I order for more than one Stand?

Yes, once you are logged in you can manage your Stands in the Stand Selector at the very top right of this page. Just click on this boxed area and select "Add a New Stand/Responsible Party" from the drop down selection. Once you have more than one Stand created you can switch your experience between Stands by using this same drop down menu selection.

Why does Expresso not accept my VAT Number?

Expresso checks with the European Commission at http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/vatRequest.html to confirm if your VAT Number is valid. If for any reason we are not able to get a confirmation back from this site that your number is valid you will not be able to proceed with checkout. 

One of possible reason for not being able to validate your VAT number is beacuse the European Commission is not able to get the needed information back from your Member State to tell us for sure if your VAT Number is valid or not, and when that happens you can try again at a later time to proceed with checkout to see if that communication is back up again. The alternative is to leave the VAT Number field blank so you can complete your order.

After my order has been processed, but I need to make changes, how do I do this?

Once you have confirmed your order with us the only way you can make changes is to call our ServiCentre at +44 (0)2476 380 190 Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30 GMT, and they will be able to assist you.

Can I start an order now, then come back later to finish it?

Yes, as long as you are logged into the show. If you are logged in and registered for the show, your order will automatically be saved onto our server. When you come back, you can pick up where you left off.
