    This is a target schedule move-in and move-out event. Refer to target maps for your specific dates/times assigned. Freight movement begins at 8:00 AM.

    Please Note: Off-target freight and equipment may be refused and/or rescheduled. Please refer to Target Schedule.

    2024 Clean Floor Policy - Exhibitors occupying 500 sq. ft. or higher must have all of their empty crates tagged with the appropriate empty labels by Sun. Jan. 28, 2024 at 4:30 PM, if not a $50.00 per crate surcharge will apply (job dollies excluded).

*All inbound carriers must check in by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
