Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 1740 South 40th Avenue Phoenix, AZ  85009


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:9/26/2017
Tuesday, September 26, 2017 - Wednesday, October 25, 2017


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

On the scheduled dismantle date(s):
Tuesday, October 31, 20173:30 PM To 8:00 PM 

Carriers must be checked in by:
Tuesday, October 31, 20176:00 PM 

Facility must be cleared by:
Tuesday, October 31, 20178:00 PM
