GES offers several "upload & go" signage options and they are as simple to arrange as they sound! Choose a format below, upload your artwork, we deliver the sign to your booth during show move-in. It's that easy! *As an added benefit --- save time & money by reusing the sign at future events.

Please place your order for graphics or signs before transferring your file(s).

You can upload your file(s) after sending in your order using the information below.

Your file must be uploaded within the next 24 hours. A surcharge may apply for late graphic submission.

Please make sure your file(s) are labeled with the exhibiting company's name and the show name (e.g. EGGWHITES_COOKING SHOW.zip).

Please use our GES file transfer utility site to send large files directly to us.

Enter your email address in the “Your Email Address” field.
Enter the email edmonton@ges.com in the “Recipient Email Address” field.
IMPORTANT: Please enter your company name, event name, event location, booth number, and any other relevant information associated with your graphic file under the “Comments” section.

Terms & Conditions

Pricing is listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
100% Refund Guarantee: Customer may cancel any orders for GES products and services made under GES Standard Terms and Conditions for any reason, provided written notice of cancellation is received by GES no less than seven (7) days prior to the first day of Move-In. If Customer has made any payment to GES for the orders, GES will refund 100% of such payment less the portion of such payment for services already performed by GES such as, but not limited to, custom cut carpet, special furniture, material handling, rigging, labor, electrical services or graphics.
All orders received after the Advance Price deadline date will be processed at the Standard Price.
Orders placed beginning on the first day on move-in through to the completion to the event are subject to On-Site pricing.
During Set-up, signs must be picked up from the GES Service Desk.
Exhibitor is responsible for all items for the duration of the show.
All holders, stands and easels remain the property of GES. Exhibitors may keep all printed signage to use at their discretion.
*Exhibitors are responsible for storing their visuals after the event. Signs left on the show floor after the dismantle will be discarded.
All claims or discrepancies must be settled at the GES Service Centre prior to show closing.
