With so much to get done during move-in, why not allow GES to assist you?
Your time is valuable. We have the manpower and equipment available to make your experience easier.
Our highly experienced team will deliver your exhibit materials from the Loading Dock to your booth
(and back again once the show is complete).

GES Material Handling saves you time & labour


Your carrier must pick-up at the show site loading dock or when available you can order Post Show Storage Service (for small loose items only). Exhibitors selecting non-official carriers will need to make their own arrangements for pickup. Post show shipments large (skids, over 200 lbs) pick up at tear down trucks checked in by 6:00pm (POWER TAILGATE IS REQUIRED) . Courier (Small) Boxes and/or Booth Cases less than 200lbs shipments 03-13 , 9am- 4pm. GES Banff Office, Post Show Storage Fee applies - schedule your courier pick up using your courier account.


Please note, the Banff Park Lodge does not handle exhibitor goods, if you would like to ship boxes or any items for your booth please hire the GES materials handling service.
Small courier shipments of less than 200 lbs can be sent to the GES Banff Office few days before the event. All other shipments must be sent to the advance warehouse or the show site during move in hours only. For more information, please refer to the shipping labels below. If advanced warehouse is required (a 400 lb minimum charge applies), please refer to the Advanced Warehouse shipping label below.

ITEMS OVER 96" LONG 53" WIDE OR 79" TALL NEED TO SHIP DIRECT TO SITE AT MOVE IN, ADVANCED WAREHOUSE IS NOT AN OPTION. ITEMS OVER THOSE SIZES DO NOT FIT IN ELEVATOR TO REACH SHOW FLOORS. Contact our office to make arrangements for delivery to show site.

Important Information Regarding Special Handling: (40% Surcharge Per Shipment)

  • Goods are received without the order being placed.
  • Shipments of loose, padded or uncrated materials.
  • Special unloading requirements, such as ground and / or side door unloading, constricted or stacked unloading, shipments that need to be broken down.
  • All Direct and Advance Shipments without certified weight ticket or proven inaccurate weight ticket.




Terms & Conditions
  • Pricing is listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • Collect shipments will not be accepted.
  • GES is not responsible for concealed damage, damage to loose or inadequately packed shipments or loss of merchandise after delivery to booth.
  • It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to secure and maintain loss & damage insurance coverage for their exhibit properties.
  • GES reserves the right to change labourers and/or rates as shifts change.
  • No refunds/exchanges once show move-in begins.
  • All claims or discrepancies must be settled within one week of show closing.
  • GES Limits of Liability & Responsibility apply to this service.
