Your time is valuable. We have the manpower and equipment available to make your experience easier.
Our highly experienced team will deliver your exhibit materials from the Loading Dock to your booth
(and back again once the show is complete).

Off Target (In Addition to Base Rate)

  • Surcharge of 100$ per piece.
  • For shipments received at the advance warehouse outside normal warehouse hours of 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M., before Thursday, January 5, 2023 or after Wednesday, January 18, 2023.

Important Information Regarding Special Handling: (30% Surcharge Per Shipment)

  • Shipments of loose, padded or uncrated materials.
  • Special unloading requirements, such as ground and / or side door unloading, constricted or stacked unloading, shipments that need to be broken down.
  • All Direct and Advance Shipments without certified weight ticket or proven inaccurate weight ticket.


Terms & Conditions
  • Pricing is listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • Collect shipments will not be accepted.
  • GES is not responsible for concealed damage, damage to loose or inadequately packed shipments or loss of merchandise after delivery to booth.
  • It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to secure and maintain loss & damage insurance coverage for their exhibit properties.
  • GES reserves the right to change labourers and/or rates as shifts change.
  • No refunds/exchanges once show move-in begins.
  • All claims or discrepancies must be settled within one week of show closing.
  • Uncancelled labour will be charged a minimum fee of one (1) hour per person.
  • GES Limits of Liability & Responsibility apply to this service.
