Important Outbound Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT



Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 4801 Hollins Ferry Rd. Suite B Halethorpe, MD  21227-4629

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:12/1/2017
Friday, December 1, 2017 - Friday, December 29, 2017

Warehouse will be closed Monday, December 25 and Tuesday, December 26, 2017 in observance of the Christmas holiday.


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 4801 Hollins Ferry Rd. Suite B Halethorpe, MD  21227-4629 starting

Tuesday, January 9, 20188:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Tuesday, January 9, 20184:00 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
