*All inbound carriers must check in by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
  • Wednesday, April 25, 2018 - Thursday, May 24, 2018

Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Wednesday, April 25, 2018 will incur a storage fee, and shipments arriving after Thursday, May 24, 2018 will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee.

All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Due to limited street access and dock availability, direct to showsite shipments will not be accepted at the Metropolitan Pavilion. Metropolitan Pavilion may not have the capabilities to receive nor have adequate storage space for exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the Metropolitan Pavilion will be consigned to GES and you will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the Metropolitan Pavilion for any items sent directly to the Metropolitan Pavilion. For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a late arrival surcharge will apply to each shipment not received within the deadlines.

In addition, carriers must be directed to pick up outbound shipments at the GES warehouse. Shipments that that are loaded at the facility will be charged a 30% surcharge.
