Important Dates and Deadlines

Any exhibitor who has a targeted move-in of Friday, August 11 but does not arrive until Monday, August 14, will not be allowed to check in until after 2 PM Monday and overtime charges will apply. If you have a Friday target date and are unable to use it you must do one of the following to avoid these charges:

1. Advance ship to the GES warehouse
2. Hand carry from your own vehicle without use of the loading dock
3. Call Manny Valentin at 773-617-6324 before July 25th to reschedule your target time

This show has a targeted move-in. Please see the Targeted Move-in Schedule on the IGC website.

*All inbound carriers must check into the advance warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
