Electrical Outlets - Overhead Service

Order outlets and electrical labor below after reviewing the following:

Some areas at this facility require overhead drops for electrical. A highlift will be required to perform this service. Please order separately.

A floor plan must be submitted for all power requiring distribution. Floor plan must include main drop location(s), orientation, measurements at the power distribution points, and legible. Upload your Electrical and Overhead Lighting Layout.

All floor plans are reviewed prior to showsite in order to accurately prepare for installation of power and overhead lights. A fee of $55.50 will be billed for this time.

In order to receive the discounted rates, please ensure all of the following have been sent to GES by the discount deadline date:
  1. Booth Layout
  2. Electrical Order
  3. Electrical Labor Order (if power distribution required)

Exhibitors are not permitted to use power unless ordered. Exhibitors found using outlets without an order will be subject to regular rate for outlets used. Sharing power or plugging into facility outlets is strictly prohibited.
