If power is to be distributed under carpet or overhead, an electrical floor work labor order is required. A floor plan is required with a floor work labor order.

To receive the discount rate on outlets and labor, the Electrical Booth Layout form or a scaled plan in CAD or PDF format must include service locations for power, orientation, outlets, fixtures, and all 1000 watt overhead Parcan focus points must be submitted.

An Electrical Booth Layout form is required for all island booths. Electrical Booth Layout forms are required for in-line and peninsula booths where distribution of power will be required. Please upload your layout.
