GES’ Terms and Conditions of Contract (“Terms”) limit its sole and exclusive maximum liability for loss or damage to Customer’s Goods to $.50 (USD) per pound with a maximum liability of $100.00 (USD) per container, or $1,500.00 (USD) per shipment (defined as one delivery or return to or from Customer’s booth), whichever is less.

However, you may increase this limit by ordering this item for each shipment anticipated by Customer.

Customer agrees and acknowledges that by selecting this option and in consideration of paying the associated cost, the current $1,500 limit per shipment set forth in the agreement between GES and Customer is amended in accordance with Customer’s selection. Customer further agrees and acknowledges that its selection above does not guarantee payment of the full selected amount, and that any claim by Customer remains subject to GES’ Terms and GES’ usual and customary claims handling procedures and policies.

Customer and GES further agree and acknowledge that Customer’s selection above in no way alters or amends any other term or condition of any agreement between Customer and GES. In addition, if Customer is ordering on behalf of more than one party or exhibitor, Customer further agrees and acknowledges that the limit set forth above (whether incremental limit is selected or the original amount is left unchanged) applies to only one party and does not cover more than one Customer or exhibitor; additional orders will be required for each Customer or separate exhibitor. Any change or amendment to the limit set forth above applies only to showsite material handling services and does not apply to any separately ordered logistics or shipping services. In the event Customer selects, orders, and pays for multiple limit increases of differing amounts, the smallest limit selected will apply to a single shipment in the event of any claim initiated by Customer. Customer is strongly encouraged and advised to select one (1) limit change per shipment.
