1. 1 hour of lift time up to 35K lift per 200 sq.ft. of booth space. Forklift will include operator but no rigging labor.
2. GES special discount carpet for the booth space - Exhibitors who want to upgrade please email Tim Myers tmyers@ges.com for a quote. Carpet will be laid prior to installation of display and/or placing of machines.
3. Carpet color choices are limited to Blue, Gray, or Red and are based on availability at the time of order.
4. Daily scrap porter service.
5. Right to rent exhibitor operated forklifts up to 8000 lb lift, for an additional fee per lift, maximum of 6 lifts.
6. 1/2 trailer per 8000 feet of exhibit space.
7. Unlimited show site drayage including one time spotting of machinery - The one time spot applies to exhibits where a representative is on site to direct the spotting. Unlimited drayage applies to show site crated and skidded materials ONLY.
8. Booth vacuuming is not included. For a custom vacuuming quote, please contact Tim Myers. TMyers@ges.com .
9. Due to limited equipment availability, Versalifts needed for rigging and/or uncrating prior to Wednesday 8/17/2022, must be ordered and scheduled no later than 7/19/2022. GES will confirm your Versalift order/schedule in a separate email. Prior to receiving a GES Versalift email from our freight operations team, your order is not confirmed.
10. All package labor orders for August 20 or 21 must be placed by 2:30 PM, Friday, August 19th. Such orders may be subject to a four (4) hour minimum charge.
11. Any orders received after the discount deadline date of July 19, 2022 will not qualify for Service Package pricing.

All forklifts to be rented by an exhibitor must be ordered no later than July 19, 2022. Click on this link for the mandatory agreement that needs to be completed.. To qualify for Equipment use, an exhibitor's booth must be 8,000 square feet or more, and must have ordered Service Package #5.
