Important Outbound Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Please address all shipments to the Advance Warehouse. Due to limited space at the The Park Central Hotel San Francisco, no direct shipments will be allowed. All outbound shipments will be taken back to the Warehouse and shipped out from there on the first business day following the close of the show.

Inbound Freight

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at YRC 201 Haskins Way South San Francisco, CA  94080

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:10/4/2016
Tuesday, October 4, 2016 - Friday, October 28, 2016


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at YRC 201 Haskins Way South San Francisco, CA  94080 starting:

Monday, November 7, 20168:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Monday, November 14, 20163:00 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
