Clean Floor Policy Information

Attention Natural Products Expo West Exhibitors!

Due to the volume of crates, limited space for set up and to allow for aisle cleaning, a Clean Floor Policy will be enforced.

Sunday, March 2
6:00 PM Crates for booths targeted for Saturday, March 1 at 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM must be empty and labeled for removal.
Monday, March 3
6:00 PM Crates for booths targeted for Sunday, March 2 at 8:00 AM must be empty and labeled for removal.
Tuesday, March 4
6:00 PM All empties including crates, fiber cases and cartons must be labeled and ready for removal.
5:00 PM Visqueen on booth carpet should be rolled up by the exhibitor or EAC and placed in the aisle for removal. Do not wait until morning to remove the visqueen.
Wednesday, March 5
8:00 AM All empties for last in/first out must be labeled for removal.

Please be advised that if your crates are removed on clean floor night and then requested to be brought back from empty storage to your booth before show opening, there will be a 1 hour minimum charge for forklift and operator delivery fee.
