North Halls

  • Level 100: N100 - N1249
  • Level 200: N1302 - N2352

  • Carrier can check-in to the GES Marshaling Yard (at Angel Stadium - 2000 E. Gene Autry Way, Anaheim, CA) after 1:00 p.m. PST on Tuesday, March 3rd.
    • The Marshaling Yard will be open Tuesday, March 3rd through Friday, March 6th from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. PST. However, there will be no loading of your freight until after 1:00 p.m. PST Tuesday, March 3rd. We encourage your carrier to check-in on Wednesday or Thursday because they may experience long wait times on Friday. All carriers must check in on Friday, March 6th by 1:00 p.m. All carriers must follow vehicle guidelines as outlined in the exhibitor manual.
    • In the event that carrier does not show up or you have indicated to return your freight to the warehouse, it must be picked up on Wednesday, March 11th.
  • Carrier can check-in at GES Warehouse (12821 Knott Street Garden Grove, CA 92841) at 8:00 am PST Wednesday March 11th. *RTW rates will apply.
  • If arrangements have not been made with GES by the deadline, freight will be sent to offsite storage and applicable storage fees will apply.
