As you may know, International Studies Associationrecently announced that it has canceled the International Studies Association at Hilton Hawaiian Village, and it will NOT be held on the originally scheduled dates of March 25 - 28, 2020. 

Important Freight Return Information:

If your freight is at the Cypress, CA advance warehouse; due to the stay at home order issued by the California Department of Public Health, the GES Cypress warehouse has been closed until further notice. We will not be able to return your freight as previously scheduled. The only exception is freight that was received at the Hawaii warehouse.

We will inform you of new dates for the Cypress warehouse pick-up once the stay at home order has been lifted.

If you have freight that was shipped direct to the island warehouse, you will need it to be picked up from the island warehouse located at: 1004 Makepono Street, Honolulu, HI 96819 USA. Warehouse Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. These shipments will need to send their BOL's to Cecilia Lopez. 

Prior to arranging carrier pick-up on the island, access the electronic Material Handling form fill it out, scan, and email it to:

If you pre-booked outbound transportation with GES Logistics, GES will handle your Material Handling form and the shipment of your freight. If you need assistance with your outbound shipping click here to get a quote.

Freight en-route to the GES Warehouse, but not received, will not be accepted to avoid you having to schedule later pickup dates.

Billing Information

All orders for the International Studies Association will be automatically canceled. Refunds will be issued for any GES services ordered that have NOT been rendered. 

Final invoices are e-mailed approximately 15 days after the planned show dates to the customer or invoice contact. A receipt is available for those who ordered online through Expresso by navigating to My Account/Order History/Select Invoice/Order Confirmation to view services rendered.
