Handling charges include labor to set, test and strike all GES equipment. It also includes labor to replace damaged or faulty equipment during the event. GES will have Audio Visual Specialists and back up equipment on site for the duration of the show.

Please include a Booth Layout for placement of items.

Electrical outlets and Labor are not included in pricing, please order separately. If you order after the discount deadline date we may need to substitute the item, based on availability.

A 25% ($125.00 minimum) will be added to the final invoice for handling charges.
