Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
  • Monday, May 1, 2017 - Friday, May 19, 2017

Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Monday, May 1, 2017 will incur a storage fee, and shipments arriving after Friday, May 19, 2017 will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee.

Direct to show site shipments will not be accepted at the GES - Salt Lake City:

All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will not be accepted at the GES - Salt Lake City. The GES - Salt Lake City does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the GES - Salt Lake City will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the GES - Salt Lake City for any items sent directly to the venue. For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a late arrival surcharge will apply to each shipment not received within the deadlines.

In addition, carriers must be directed to pick up outbound shipments at the GES warehouse. Shipments that that are loaded at the facility will be charged a 30% surcharge.
