Roundtrip domestic logistics for non-local shipments of 5,000 lbs or less is called Transportation Plus and also gets you:

GES will not act as Importer of Record (IOR) or Ultimate Consignee regarding exhibitor freight and will not provide a Power of Attorney to any entity regarding exhibitor freight.

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
  • Friday, June 5, 2015 - Tuesday, July 7, 2015

Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Friday, June 5, 2015 will incur a storage fee, and shipments arriving after Tuesday, July 7, 2015 will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee.

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS: All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to showsite shipments will not be accepted at the Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort. Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort does not have the capabilities to receive nor have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort will be consigned to GES and you will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort for any items sent directly to the Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort. For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a late arrival surcharge will apply to each shipment not received within the deadlines.
