Important Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Caesars Palace, Las Vegas absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 7000 Lindell Road Las Vegas, NV  89118

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:6/19/2019
Wednesday, June 19, 2019 - Thursday, July 18, 2019

Warehouse will be closed Thursday, July 4th and Friday, July 5th, 2019 in observance of the Independence Day holiday.


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 7000 Lindell Road Las Vegas, NV  89118 starting

Thursday, August 1, 20198:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Wednesday, August 7, 20194:30 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a 30% ($50 minimum) late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.
