What is required to obtain the discount rate?

• All of the above requirements must be submitted by: Monday, January 29, 2018. Any graphic file content changes beyond this date will automatically receive the regular rate per panel.

How to place your graphic order:

• STEP 1: Select graphic option from the choices available below.
• STEP 2: Select your quantity, panel placement and special instructions.
• STEP 3: Important - Review the Digital File Preparation page.
• STEP 4: Upload you graphic file(s) based on the guidelines from our Digital File Preparation page. Graphic file(s) must be accompanies by a PDF depicting the complete print image to ensure GES has all the graphic elements.
• STEP 5: Submit your order.
• Once your complete order is received, you will receive a proof via email within 5 business days. You must respond to the email with an approval, otherwise GES will NOT produce the requested graphics.
  * Please note, proofs will no longer be provided for review after the discount deadline date. Any orders received beyond the deadline date will automatically be printed from the working graphic file submitted with the order.

Additional information:

• Artwork must be accompanied by a pdf depicting the complete print image to ensure GES has all graphic elements.
• Artwork must be created at actual size 100%
• Artwork must have all included fonts outlined or rasterized
• Artwork provided that is not saved as 1:1 and in High Resolution will be produced "as is".
