    Calculating how many panels you need:
    How do I calculate how many graphics I need? (Please see the below examples):
    3m x 3m (1 Open Side) = 9 Panels
    3m x 3m (2 Open Side) = 6 Panels
    3m x 3m (3 Open Side) = 3 Panels
    3.5m x 3m (1 Open Side) = 9 Full panels and 1 half Panel
    3.5m x 3.5m (2 Open Side) = 7 Panels

    DEADLINE DATES:
      Early Bird Order Deadline   6th October 2025
      Standard Order Deadline   13th October 2025
      Artwork Order Deadline   20th October 2025

    Any orders past the Early Bird Order Deadline will be charged at Standard Price. All artwork sizes or specifications will be supplied on receipt of your completed order.
    All Artwork Files must be supplied as Print-Ready PDF. Any files sent as PNG, JPEG and TIFF will be automatically asked to be resubmitted as a suitable file.

    To help ensure your order is processed on time, please aim to place it before the standard order deadline. While we’ll do our best to accommodate late orders, we can’t always guarantee availability.
